Self-creation leads to a lively embodied sense of self. It invites you to consciously experience your inherent true nature somatically. I accompany you in interweaving and embodying nature itself through the body. This naturally invites self-guidance towards more embodied qualities of aliveness, interconnectedness, wholeness and containment within and around. Discover yourself as and with nature as a whole. Let’s expand with it to retrieve vibrant possibilities of yourself and with each other.

about embodiment

Embodiment means cultivating deeper an attunement and attention to your own body. Being bodily aware supports your somatic and mental well-being and a more holistic connection with – and a felt sense perception of – yourself and world around. By embodied interoception you learn to listen to your body’s signals and rhythms in order to practice better boundaries and self-care. Despite, fostering embodiment, enables you to sustainably anchor nourishing experiences as resource for your everyday life. A somatic access to embodiment has individual capacity and can be limited by intelligent protection responses to trauma by the autonomous nervous system. Therefore it naturally needs somatic experienced signs of safety for opening and integration. We can re-create those experiences in interconnection with nature, horses and sound.
